Delete Your Ayora Account
You can permanently delete your Ayora account and the data associated with it.

Delete your account within the app
In the Ayora application, navigate to Menu, Profile, and Delete Account to delete your account directly.
Submit a web request
If you cannot access the application, use the contact option below to submit an account-deletion request.
Sending the request from the email address associated with your account and including your nickname will help us verify account ownership.
Data that will be deleted
When deletion is completed, your profile, content you provided, preferences, and application records associated with your account will be permanently removed.
Limited records that may be retained
Limited records required for security, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or legal compliance may be retained only for the necessary period.
Purchase history managed by Apple or Google remains subject to the applicable store's policies.
Deletion cannot be reversed
Once account deletion is completed, the account and deleted data cannot be restored.
